ACCRETECH expands its Eastern European business

Incorporation of ACCRETECH-Tosei Hungary – product portfolio expanded to include inline measurement technology

ACCRETECH (Europe) GmbH has acquired the Hungarian subsidiary ACCRETECH-Tosei Hungary from its Japanese parent company Tosei Engineering Corp, with effect from 01.12.2017. This move expands the company’s portfolio with products for inline measurement technology. This includes both in-process solutions for geometry measurements on workpieces during production as well as customised post-process solutions for full and random checks after each production step. The globally patented ATC concentricity detection system is also part of this portfolio.

“With the incorporation of ACCRETECH-Tosei Hungary, we are expanding our European sales and service network in Europe. This is an important step in our European expansion strategy,” stresses Wolfgang Bonatz, CEO and President of ACCRETECH (Europe) GmbH.

ACCRETECH will also distribute its measuring systems for form, geometry and surface in Eastern Europe via the new Hungarian location. The location in Budapest will become the Eastern Europe Competence Centre. A new demo centre for all products will also be created there.

ACCRETECH-Tosei Hungary’s customers are primarily made up of European subsidiaries of Japanese automotive suppliers and manufacturers of CNC machines in Eastern Europe.
