Dicing Service
If you would like to outsource separation of your wafers, then we can ensure the best results with our Dicing Service. We carry out Precision Blade Dicing under cleanroom conditions.

De-installation, transport insurance, vacuum packing, overseas packaging, transport and new installation. We ensure that your ACCRETECH machines arrive safely and undamaged at their new location.
